Introductions <br /> 31 Chair Jacobs asked for a moment of silence for those who were injured or lost <br /> 32 their lives in Boston. <br /> 33 Pat Garavaglia, Chair of Department of Social Services (DSS), said there are <br /> 34 DSS members absent tonight due to illness or schedule conflicts. <br /> 35 Nancy Coston reviewed the agenda and said DSS is going through the biggest <br /> 36 changes in their programs especially in the area of economic support. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 2.
