She said there have been federal changes in <br /> 35 legislation that precipitate some of the information on best practices. <br /> 36 She said Triangle Transit is doing a study, along with other partners in the region, to <br /> 37 look at fees, which have not changed since 2005. She said that the system cannot be <br /> 38 sustained if the fees are never increased. <br /> 39 She said there were some delays in the light rail application. <br /> 40 Commissioner Price said she attended Durham Tech BOT meeting and continues to get <br /> 41 positive feedback on having the campus here. She said that enrollment is going up in both <br /> 42 Orange and Durham Counties. <br /> 43 Commissioner McKee thanked staff for adding attachment 6 to the recycling abstract. <br /> 44 He said he and Commissioner Price met with residents from northern part of the county <br /> 45 and discussed concerns about the Northern Human Services Center and the interest in seeing <br /> 46 this move forward. He said that Commissioner Price's comments about meeting dates reflect <br /> 47 the concerns of those residents, that the discussions be held in Hillsborough, rather than in the <br /> 48 southern part of the county. <br /> 49 Commissioner Gordon— none <br />
