Install 15 lb. felt, aluminum <br /> drip edge, three tab shingles and new plumbing boots. Install a shingle type <br /> ridge ventilation system. <br /> 2. Install approximately 1001.f. of 1x6 matching sheathing. <br /> 3. Install approximately 1601.f. of matching fascia. <br /> EXTERIOR: <br /> 1. Pressure wash the exterior and deck. Prepare all surfaces for paint. <br /> Paint the block with flat exterior latex paint, the trim with semigloss <br /> latex paint. <br /> 2. Install a crawl space access door of pressure treated plywood <br /> on 2x4 framing. Install galvanized hinges and a locking hasp. <br /> 3. Install a 2x6 top rail, on the deck. Install an oil based <br /> preservative and stain. <br /> 4. Install aluminum, continuous gutter and downspouts. <br /> Install concrete splashblocks under each downspout. <br /> 5. Remove the existing ramp. Install proper framing and <br /> pressure treated plywood. <br /> 6. Remove the existing rear steps, Install steps of pressure <br /> Treated lumber. <br /> 7.
