9c <br /> g `? 9- d '�i�Z 15 <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> OF THE <br /> ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> TO APPROVE A <br /> CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR <br /> LAWRENCE PARK PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br /> Date June 1, 1999 <br /> Owner/Applicant Meadowmont Farms, LLC <br /> The Change County Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an <br /> application submitted by Meadowmont Farms, LLC, for Lawrence Park Planned <br /> Development Class A Special Use Permit and the preliminary plat dated <br /> September 28, 1998, and last revised November13, 1998, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Existing and proposed vegetation shall be installed and/or maintained as <br /> indicated on the Landscape Plan. <br /> 2. The submitted draft homeowners association documents and restrictive <br /> covenants to address use and maintenance of the recreation and open <br /> space areas shall be reviewed and approved by the County Attorney. <br /> 3. Security shall be submitted by the applicant and approved by the County <br /> Attorney guaranteeing the construction of all improvements. Security may <br /> be posted on a Phase by Phase basis. However, all improvements in each <br /> phase must be complete before construction may begin on a new phase. <br /> The amount of the security shall be 110 percent of the estimate. <br /> 4.
