ILOrange County Public Library Strategic Plan 2013 -2016 <br />Goal 2 Technology Literacy and Access (Area 3) <br />The library plays an important, democratizing role in ensuring that all Orange County residents have <br />access to the tools and skills they need to use technology, whether for education or recreation.
