Funds would be allocated to the Community Home Trust to assist first time <br />homebuyers earning less than 80 percent of the area median income to purchase <br />homes county -wide. Funds would be provided as a grant to Community Home <br />Trust. <br />(Requested amount: $60,000) $60,000 <br />Funds will be allocated to Orange County Habitat for Humanity to provide deferred <br />payment zero interest second mortgages for fifteen (15) homes throughout Orange <br />County. Homes will be sold to households earning between 30 percent and 65 <br />percent of the area median income. <br />(Requested amount: $300,000) $300,000 <br />Operational Sunaort <br />Funds would be allocated to the Community Home Trust as a Community Housing <br />Development Organization for administrative expenses. <br />(Requested amount: $20,000) $20,000 <br />Tenant -Based Rental Assistance <br />Funds would be allocated to Housing for New Hope to support a tenant -based rental <br />assistance program to support individuals that were formerly homeless transition to <br />permanent housing. <br />(Requested amount: $50,000) $52,010 <br />Program Administration $36,431 <br />TOTAL FY 2013 -2014 HOME PROGRAM FUNDS $653,441 <br />TOWN OF CHAPEL HILL <br />Y 2013 -2014 Action Plan 6 <br />
