Funds would be allocated to the Community Home Trust to assist first time <br />homebuyers earning less than 80 percent of the area median income to purchase <br />homes county -wide. Funds would be provided as a grant to Community Home <br />Trust. <br />(Requested amount: $60,000) $60,000 <br />Funds will be allocated to Orange County Habitat for Humanity to provide deferred <br />payment zero interest second mortgages for fifteen (15) homes throughout Orange <br />County.
