He said some <br /> 46 forecasts estimate usage at 70 gallons per person per day, which is reasonable. He said this is <br /> 47 a raw water supply, which is 20% higher than finished water. He said there have been 13 <br /> 48 entities involved in this process. He said water resources are scarce in the triangle, which <br /> 49 makes this necessary. He said that there is need for an engineering study to see how water is <br /> 50 moved around. <br />
