The joint staffs <br /> were directed to confer on items needing additional clarification and report back. The joint planning <br /> staffs met on April 13 to discuss the three primary and three secondary issues on the attached <br /> outline of major issues. <br /> Carrborc, planning staff will address the primary issues noted on the Outline of Major Issues on <br /> April 20. Orange County planning staff will address the secondary issues which have been resolved <br /> by exchange of information about existing and proposed ordinances. The attached response from <br /> Carrboro addresses the secondary issues. <br /> FINANCIAL IMIZACT: None. <br /> RECOMMENDATON(S): The Administration recommends that the Board reach a decision on as <br /> many aspects of the ordinance as possible. Any remaining issues can be concluded on May 4 <br /> before the review extension deadline of May 14, 1999. <br />
