After reviewing this material and Affik <br /> comparing it with Article 9 in Orange County' s zoning <br /> regulations I have only one recommended change to the <br /> zoning regulations. I recommend that Section- 9 .5 be <br /> amended to include a sentence after the first sentence <br /> which states: <br /> Any sign authorized by this ordinance may <br /> . contain noncommercial copy in lieu of any <br /> other copy. <br /> It strikes me that our Sion ordinance is, for <br /> the most part, content neutral.
