On <br /> the south, the node is pulled back to the Southern <br /> Railroad right-of-way. <br /> RECOV=16ATIiON: The Planning Staff recommends approval of the amended <br /> text and map and incorporation into Section 3.9 of the <br /> Land Use Element of the Orange County Comprehensive <br /> Plan. <br /> The Planning Board will prepare a recommendation on the <br /> Plan amendment at its June 20, 1988 meeting.
