I "In add'itton, the Board of Aldermen may authorize a reduction of up to 25 percent in the <br /> 2 parking requirement when approving a Village Mixed Use Master Plan or Conditional Use <br /> 3 Permit or an Office/Assembly development Conditional Use Permit. Land necessary to meet <br /> 4 the full, presumptive, parking requirement must be identified during the plan approval <br /> 5 process and must be reserved should the need for additional parking arise in the future." <br /> 6 <br /> 7 SECTION 26. A new appendix (J) is added to the Land Use Ordinance. This appendix provides <br /> 8 examples of noise-generators. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 SECTION 27. A new section is added to Article XI,Supplementary Use Regulations, as follows: <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Section 15-177 Architectural Standards for Major Subdivisions <br /> 13 <br /> 14 (a) The following standards shall apply to all subdivisions of 5 or more units and shall pertain to <br /> 15 90%of the dwelling units in the subdivision. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 (1) Porches shall span 80 percent of the front facade. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 (2) Roofs shall be as follows: <br /> 20 a. Main roof pitch— 10/12 to 12/12 <br /> 21 b. Lower roof pitches—3/12 to 4/12 <br /> 22 C. Roofs shall have a minimum overhang of sixteen(16) inches on all eaves and <br /> 23 gables. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 (3) Clapboard or shingle siding shall have a four and a half to five and a half-inch <br /> 26 exposure. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 (4) Windows shall have a vertical to horizontal proportion of not less than two to one. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 (5) Trim details— Columns, vents, gables, and other details should reflect details in the <br /> 31 "Village Mixed Use and Affordable Housing Vernacular Architectural Standards." <br /> 32 (Section 15-141.2). <br /> 33 <br /> 34 (6) Any chimney must be located within the body of the house. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 (7) Garage doors shall be nine(9)feet wide or under. Door shall not face the street. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 SECTION 28. All provisions of any town ordinance in conflict with this ordinance are hereby <br /> 39 repeals. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 SECTION 29.
