3 - eG - � 9 <br /> Sb <br /> `ifs - tgg4- ots <br /> RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION <br /> FOR : <br /> ORANGE COUNTY COOPERATIVE EXTENSION SERVICE VOLUNTEERS <br /> 4-H YOUTH DEVELOPMENT <br /> WHEREAS, has been a loyal and dedicated volunteer for the <br /> Orange County Cooperative Extension Service youth development <br /> program and <br /> WHEREAS, has been dedicated to serving the youth of Orange <br /> County, in helping young persons to acquire self-esteem, leadership, and <br /> responsibility as well as to become accountable for citizenship and <br /> community service activities, and <br /> WHEREAS, has committed time and energy to the Orange County <br /> youth development program through dedicated work on numerous <br /> committees and workshops on the local, district and state levels, and <br /> WHEREAS, has been active in ensuring the development of our <br /> future productive adult citizens through his/her work with the Orange <br /> County 4-H youth development program, and <br /> WHEREAS, has provided continued support and assistance to <br /> Cooperative Extension Service and the Orange County youth population. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Orange County Board of <br /> Commissioners recognizes and bestows gratitude to for <br /> his/her many years of commitment, cooperation and collaborative services to the youth of <br /> Orange County through the Cooperative Extension Service 4-H youth development <br /> program. <br /> National Volunteer Week I e-2e of April 1999. <br /> Alice Gordon, Chair <br /> Orange County Board of Commissioners <br />
