The upper one-third is undesignated. <br /> Impervious surface limitations in the U-ENO-PW are 12 percent for existing and <br /> new lots outside Transition Areas as designation in the Land Use Element of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. BMP's (Best Management Practices) cannot be used to <br /> satisfy watershed requirements. <br />
