Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br /> Chair Jacobs went through the items at the County Commissioners' places. <br /> • Blue sheet - Revised Item 5-e - Change in BOCC Regular Meeting Schedule for 2013 <br /> • White — Item 6-b PPT for Draft Orange County Comprehensive Transportation Plan <br /> • White -7b- map attachment for Schedule a Public Hearing Regarding the Establishment <br /> of Three (3) New Fire Service Districts <br /> • White - 7-c - PPT - Jordan Lake Allocation Process and Engineering Study <br /> Chair Jacobs said that Commissioner Dorosin is out of town and Commissioner McKee <br /> will be late this evening. <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> The Chair dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> 2. Public Comments <br /> a. Matters not on the Printed Agenda <br /> Buzz Koenig read a prepared statement. <br /> A request to the Orange County Board of Commissioners <br /> Special Request: We request that you convene a group of pertinent parties to investigate <br /> issues and options regarding current water management practices, under the current Voluntary <br /> Capacity Use Agreement, that severely impact the operations of Lake Orange, Inc. and the <br /> interests of residents and "Friends of Lake Orange." <br />
