To pay for my undergraduate <br />education at UNC, I worked a job that took me to every corner of the <br />county. While in school, I founded the radio news program that continues to <br />rank among the country's best. I served as an on -air personality and News <br />Director at WCHL. These news roles rooted me in the community and <br />allowed me an excellent perspective on the issues we face. <br />I spent more than four years employed by the Journalism School on the <br />campus of UNC Chapel Hill, working with students, faculty and the general <br />administration. Most recently, I have worked on the client side of media <br />buying for an advertising agency with a strong base of clients in and around <br />the Triangle.
