Access Restrictions -Where a subdivision adjoins a heavily traveled street <br /> Amended classified as arterial,,er collector, or major local in the Orange County <br /> 4/4/88 Comprehensive Plan, in the interest of highway safety, the subdivider <br /> shall be required to provide a common dFiyeway, access via a public or <br /> private road, a marginal access street parallel to the arterial or collector, <br /> or reverse frontage on a smaller street <br /> .
