These streets provide access to collectors <br /> and streets of higher functional classification. <br /> STREET OR ROAD, MARGINAL ACCESS - A minor local street which is <br /> parallel to and adjacent to arterial streets, and which provides access to <br /> abutting properties and protection from through traffic.
