I. Responsibility <br />A. Directors /Department Head (or designee) <br />➢ Responsible for review and implementation of the EAP. <br />➢ Responsible for ensuring their department employees are trained according <br />to the EAP. <br />➢ Responsible for providing the Safety Warden an up -to -date roll -call list of <br />all employees or volunteers and their conditions /needs for assistance, per <br />section /floor at all times. <br />➢ In the event of an emergency, Directors are to assemble at Incident <br />Command (all emergency responders can direct staff to the location) to <br />oversee initial emergency actions and communicate with responding <br />emergency personnel. <br />➢ Responsible for ensuring that all medical information concerning employees <br />and /or citizens is kept confidential and released only to the appropriate <br />employees and /or authorities. <br />B. Risk Management (or Department Directors if no Risk Manager) <br />➢ Responsible for assisting with the development, and maintenance of a <br />current Hillsborough Commons EAP that identifies specific <br />responsibilities and duties for all employees, for each type of emergency <br />action. <br />➢ Responsible for assisting with or coordinating training to ensure employees <br />are familiar with their responsibilities in the EAP as it pertains to their duties <br />at Hillsborough Commons. <br />➢ Responsible for ensuring that each department or section within the <br />Hillsborough Commons has a copy of the EAP. <br />C.
