3 <br /> STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA ADDENDUM TO SCRAP TIRE <br /> COUNTY OF ORANGE REMOVAL AGREEMENT <br /> Addendum to that certain Agreement effective July 1993, between The County of Orange, on <br /> behalf of its Solid Waste Department, hereinafter referred to as "County" and U.S. Tire <br /> Recycling L.P., herein referred to as"Contractor" for removal of scrap tires from the Orange <br /> Regional Landfill located on Eubanks Road in Chapel Hill. <br /> In consideration of the mutual promises and conditions set forth herein, the County and <br /> Contractor agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. Change of Ownership: Ownership of the Orange County Landfill has been transferred to The <br /> County of Orange. <br /> 2. The agreement to be amended to extend contract period until June 30, 2002. <br /> 3. Under paragraph 2. Duties of Orange County amended as follows: <br /> ....
