4 <br /> Public Hearing Ordinance <br /> An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance of Orange County <br /> Bold = Proposed Text <br /> 6tFikethFGU0= Deleted Text <br /> Amend Article 6.29.2 DESIGN REVIEW PROCESS as follows: <br /> Before any new site development may be undertaken in an Economic Development <br /> District, a site plan must be approved and a zoning compliance permit issued in <br /> accordance with the_ provisions of Article 14 (Site Plan Approval Procedures) of this <br /> Ordinance. Prior to submission of an application for site plan approval, applicants will be <br /> required to meet with representatives of the Planning and Inspections, and Economic <br /> Development Departments to identify policies, procedures, regulations, and fees <br /> applicable to development proposals. <br /> Plans for development proposals in an Economic Development District will be reviewed by <br /> the Planning and Inspections Department staff for compliance with the standards <br /> contained in the following section. Such review will also be carried out in accordance with <br /> the provisions of Article 14.3 (Site Plan Review) of this ordinance.
