Both parties agree that the emergency procedures will be as follows: Two-way radios <br /> will be assigned in each vehicle with the base monitored by the Department on Aging. <br /> In the event of a mechanical emergency, the driver will radio to base for help. In case of <br /> a medical emergency, the driver will first radio to 911 for aid and then to base. The base <br /> operator will be responsible for contacting OPC. At no time will the driver leave riders <br /> unattended. <br /> The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001 unless <br /> sooner terminated by either party giving thirty days prior written notice to the other of <br /> intention to terminate.
