The current CIP consists of a 5 -year plan that is evaluated annually to include year -to- <br />year changes in priorities, needs, and available resources. <br />The Manager's Recommended FY 2013 -18 Capital Investment Plan was presented to the <br />Board of County Commissioners at their March 12, 2013 Work Session. The following were <br />items discussed that staff was directed to bring back as informational items to the meeting <br />tonight: <br />• Attachment A reflects a comparison by Function of the Manager's Recommended FY <br />2013 -18 CIP with the FY 2012 -17 and FY 2011 -16 Capital Investment Plans. <br />• Attachment B provides a summary of a proposed Environment and Agricultural Center at <br />Blackwood Farm Park, including a permanent Parks Operations Base, to be phased in <br />
