Memorandum of Agreement <br /> Between Training Facilitator Pat Callair and Orange County <br /> This Memorandum of Agreement outlines the agreement between Training Facilitator Pat <br /> Callair and Orange County for providing Cultural Diversity training to Orange County <br /> employees. <br /> A. Trainer Pat Callair Responsibilities <br /> • Facilitate 12 cultural diversity training sessions of four to five hours each at $450.00 per <br /> session, with a minimum of 15 employees attending each session. The training is <br /> outlined in the "Orange County Cultural Diversity Training Overview and Outline" dated <br /> August 22, 2000. <br /> • Provide handouts and training curriculum originals for participants. <br /> • Collect and score the pre-training survey. <br /> • Provide follow up and support in Cultural Diversity Resource Group meetings at a cost of <br /> $90.00 per hour. <br /> B. Orange County Responsibilities <br /> • Provide staff assistance with pre-training survey. <br /> • Provide necessary materials, copies and supplies for participants. <br /> • Provide appropriate training facility. <br /> • Pay all approved invoices within 30 days of receipt of the invoice not to exceed a total <br /> amount of $7,500 under this agreement (which includes both per session and hourly <br /> charges). <br /> C. Termination <br /> • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with two weeks advance written <br /> notice. <br /> L.B.
