The minutes indicated that she <br /> 26 was present. The correction was made. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Barrows clarified what she was trying to say on page 12, line 44 noting that she was asking who <br /> 29 the developers would go to if they wanted to contest the ruling by staff. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 MOTION: Selkirk moved approval of the minutes for April 5, 2000 with the <br /> 32 corrections as stated above. Orange County Private Road Standards <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Karen Lincoln made the presentation. She said that the purpose of this item was for the board to <br /> 45 make its recommendations to the County Commissioners regarding proposed amendments to the <br /> 46 Orange County Subdivision Regulations concerning private roads. The amendments were <br /> 47 presented at public hearing in February and forwarded to the board. The Planning Board <br /> 48 reviewed them at its April meeting and made several comments and requested revisions. These <br />
