If OSSI <br /> provides less than a day service it will be billed at the full daily <br /> rate. <br /> Note 2: If the County does not utilize all of the days defined in the <br /> ' Allowance for Professional Services Section of Exhibit D OSSI <br /> will not invoice them. <br /> Note 3: OSSI's intent for all standard products such as Base CAD,- <br /> ' RMS, JMS and other modules is to provide"Train the Trainer' <br /> services. <br /> Note 4: OSSI's current professional services rate are listed below: <br /> - <br /> Professional Services Rate for work provided during normal $_125 per hour <br /> - --- - <br /> i Maintenance Coverage Hours <br /> Professional Services Rate for work provided $175 per hour <br /> outside of normal Maintenance Coverage Hours <br /> Professional Services Rate for work provided $250 per hour <br /> when call is initiated outside Coverage Hours or <br /> i on Weekends and OSSI's Holidays (Two hour minimum) <br /> Note 5: All data conversion services will be provided on a Time and <br /> - - - __ <br /> Materials basis plus expenses.
