I SCHEDULE <br /> Legacy will proceed with this project in an expeditious manner once the notice to process (NTP) <br /> Is received. Immediately following receipt of NTP, we will consult with the Orange County staff <br /> to determine an appropriate schedule for the investigations. <br /> It Is anticipated that fieldwork will be completed with four weeks, The management summary <br /> will be submitted within 15 days of the completion of fieldwork. The draft report and any <br /> North Carolina Archaeological Site Forms will be submitted within five weeks of the completion <br /> of fieldwork. Final report will be submitted within three weeks of the receipt of comments from <br /> Orange County. <br /> K. RECORDS MANAGEMENT AND COLLECTION <br /> Artifact and records collected during the project will be curated at the North Carolina State <br /> Historic Preservation Office curation facility in Raleigh following approval from Orange County, <br /> Artifacts recovered during the Investigation will be labeled and boxed according to curation <br /> guidelines of the North Carolina Office of State Archaeology. All records, photographs, <br /> drawings, electronic media produced or obtained under this Scope of Work will be the property <br /> of Orange County, <br /> L. ASSUMPTIONS <br /> This proposal Is based on the following; <br /> 1. Project Length: the two outfall lines to not exceed 5,000 meters in length. <br /> 2. Shovel Testing, Surveying at 30-meter Intervals, it Is expected that no more than 165 <br /> shovel tests will be required to complete the subsurface testing within the APE. <br /> 3. Site Evaluation: It Is estimated that each site located during the survey will require no <br /> more than 12 shovel tests to delineate site boundaries, <br /> 6 <br />
