Closed Session <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Rich, seconded by Commissioner McKee to go <br /> into closed session at 10:50 PM for the purposes below: <br /> "Pursuant to G.S. § 143-318.11(a)(3) "to consult with an attorney retained by the Board in <br /> order to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorney and the Board." <br /> "To discuss matters related to the location or expansion of industries or other businesses in the <br /> area served by the public body, including agreement on a tentative list of economic <br /> development incentives that may be offered by the public body in negotiations," NCGS § 143- <br /> 318.11(x)(4). <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner McKee seconded by Commissioner Dorosin to <br /> reconvene into regular session at 11:45pm. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 15.
