She would either like ho hold this item and the <br /> next item to have a presentation on it, or to put some very specific language in the contract specifying <br /> when the Commissioners would be part of the review process. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs Said that there were three separate communication efforts going on—a <br /> message to the people, an update of the web site, and this video, He does not see that these three are <br /> in any way coordinated and he would like to see it be o coherent message. <br /> Commissioner Gordon said that there could be some language added to say that the video, <br /> the web site, and the message bo the people would articulate a common and coherent theme and <br /> message. Also, the Board of Commissioners would approve the effort at key intervals to be identified by <br /> the Commissioners. This common theme is specified in the Strategic Communications Plan. <br /> Commissioner Brown suggested having a presentation on both of the project coOcepts—tha <br /> web site design and the video—by the proposed companies so that the Commissioners could see what <br /> ll <br />
