UoRp <br /> Animal Shelter <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> J <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br /> of Chapter 159 of the General .Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby <br /> adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized provides funds to maintain and improve the Animal Shelter <br /> facility located on Airport Road in Chapel Hill. Proceeds from the County's portion of <br /> the one-half cent sales taxes finance this project. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br /> budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Through FY Through FY <br /> 1999-00 FY 2000-01 2000-01 <br /> Sales Tax $12,000 $0 $12,000 <br /> Bond Funds $0 $0 $0 <br /> Private Placenxnt $0 $0 $0 <br /> Grant Funds $0 $0 $0 <br /> Fees $0 $0 $0 <br /> Other $0 $0 $0 <br /> Total Funding $12,000 $0 $12,000 <br /> Section 4. This ordinance supersedes previous Animal Shelter Capital Project Ordinances for <br /> Orange County Government. <br /> Section 6. Originally adopted March 21, 2000, this ordinance shall remain in effect until June 30, <br /> 2001. <br /> Adopted this 29h day of June 2000. <br />
