Fb b <br /> Electrical Service Upgrades <br /> Orange County Schools <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br /> of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby <br /> adopted. <br /> Section L. The project authorized provides funds to provide an engineering review of main and internal <br /> branch electrical service for all facilities in the District. Upgrading electrical service at all <br /> facilities is also a part of this project. Proceeds from the Schools' portion of the one-half <br /> cent sales taxes and the 1997 bond referendum finance this project. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget <br /> contained herein. <br /> Section 3. This ordinance supersedes previous Electrical Service Upgrades capital project ordinances <br /> for the Orange County Schools. <br /> Section b.
