Based on the evaluations, staff provides the following updates: <br />Short Term Objectives <br />1) Policy Alignment <br />a. Currently, OCPL and CHPL are aligned on the following policies / <br />rules and procedures: <br />i. Kindle Use Procedure <br />ii. Rules of Conduct and Courtesy <br />iii. Safe Child Policy <br />2) Program Collaboration <br />a. Youth Services staff from OCPL and CHPL blocked booked at least <br />one summer reading performer for 2013. <br />3) Staff Development <br />a. CHPL and OCPL are sharing possible training and collaborations. <br />ie) Vermont Systems for room reservations and Dispute Settlement <br />Of Chapel Hill for Staff Development <br />4) Statistical Reporting <br />a. Currently collaborating on OCPL ILS setup of Innovative system in <br />order to provide aligned metrics for our population. <br />
