I <br />practiced law as a federal criminal prosecutor for 28 years. One of my <br />areas of expertise is business /corporate crime and financial fraud. As a <br />result, I am well- versed in financial arrangements, the appraisal process, <br />etc. I have also served on the Board of Equalization and Review in past <br />years.
