b <br /> Senior Citizen Health Promotion Program <br /> Grant Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 11-671 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina,the following grant project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. This project authorized is the Senior Citizen Health Promotion Program to develop a <br /> comprehensive and coordinated County health promotion and disease prevention program <br /> for citizens involving a partnership of public agencies, University Health Affairs and private <br /> groups. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the grant project in <br /> accordance with the mutual cooperation agreement between the County and the University <br /> of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as approved by the Board of County Commissioners on <br /> June 30, 1997. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to be available to complete this project <br /> Grant Funds (1994-95) $32,539 <br /> Grant Funds (1995-96) $37,498 <br /> Grant Funds (1996-97) $33,779 <br /> Grant Funds (1997-98) $52,434 <br /> Fees for Service(1997-98) $14,835 <br /> Grant Funds (1998-99) $57,645 <br /> Fees for Service(1998-99) $12,000 <br /> Grant Funds (1999-00) $69,250 <br /> Fees for Service(2000-01) $24,000 <br /> Grant Funds (2000-01) $49,668 <br /> Total Revenue $383,648 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Human Services-Senior Citizen Health Promotion $383,648 <br /> Section 5. The finance officer is hereby directed to maintain within the Grant Project sufficient specific <br /> detailed accounting records to provide the accounting to the grantor agency. <br /> Section 6. Funds may be advanced from the General Fund for the purpose of making payments due. <br /> Reimbursement requests should be made to the grantor agency in an orderly and timely <br /> manner. <br /> Section 7. Copies of this grant project ordinance shall be made available to the finance officer for <br /> direction in carrying out this project. <br />
