Change Request Process
Change Management should be invoked when a change occurs to process, approach, roles, as well as
scope. The essential purpose of the change control process is to identify every situation that is different
from the original understanding and agreements and determine how the changes may impact
functionality, schedule, or cost.
If additional hours are needed for any role, a change request (that can be generated by either BTS or
OCIS)will be submitted for both parties' signature.
It is the sole responsibility of OCIS to access and approve the funds in the change control budget. The
change control budget should not exceed 15% of the estimated cost for each phase. Based on the
estimated cost projections for Phase I the change control budget is approximately$8.800.00.
12.
