("Magellan") and <br /> Orange County("Sponsor")which was effective for the period July 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999. <br /> The new contract term will be for one year extending from July 1, 2000 through June 30,2001. The EAP <br /> rate shall remain at one dollar and eighty-two cents ($1.82)per employee per month("PEPM').
