The building was a former <br />grocery store that was acquired by the County and renovated in 1985 for office use. The age and condition of the facility would require significant investment for on -going <br />use, including replacement of the roof and HVAC equipment and asphalt repair. This is one of several facilities that was discussed with the Board at their work session on <br />February 12, 2013. <br />30 <br />
