North Carolina and specifically Orange <br /> County benefit substantially from organic agriculture. <br /> The use of herbicides has a significant negative impact <br /> on organic agriculture; <br /> 24) Bond Referendum for Education - Orange County supports <br /> a statewide bond referendum to provide State assistance <br />
