ORANGE COUNTY ARTS <br /> COMMISSION <br /> Promoting the Artistic and Cultural Development of Orange County, North Carolina <br /> Conflict-of-Interest Policy <br /> The board of directors of the Orange County Arts Commission has adopted this conflict-of- <br /> interest policy. <br /> The members of the board of directors and any management employees of the Orange County <br /> Arts Commission shall avoid conflicts of interest and any conduct which may suggest the <br /> appearance of impropriety in the disbursement of funds. <br /> If a potential conflict of interest arises, the board member or management employee must <br /> disclose the potential conflict to the board of directors.
