Precedence Among Contract Documents: In the event ofa conflict between or among the terms of the Contract <br /> Documents, the terms in the Contract Document with the highest relative precedence shall prevail. The order of <br /> precedence shall hwthe order nf documents uo listed in Paragraph l` above, with the first-listed document having the <br /> bicbumt prcocd*mue and the last-listed duunoneot having the lowest precedence.
