Glenwood Elementary School Major Renovation <br /> Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br /> of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby <br /> adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized provides funds for a major renovation of Glenwood Elementary <br /> School that was originally constructed 1952. Other buildings were added to the campus in <br /> 1954 and 1959. This project is financed with proceeds from the 1997 Local Bonds and <br /> savings from the Scroggs Elementary School Construction and East Chapel Hill High <br /> Addition projects. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget <br /> contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete phasesl and 2 of this project: <br /> 1998-99 Appropriation 199900 <br /> METER <br /> Inpact Fees <br /> Conshuction Savings $o $324,180 $324,180 <br /> J g <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Through Through <br /> 1998-99 Appropriation 1999-00 <br /> anning rc ngin , <br /> LandItissoc Fees <br /> ons ruc ion , <br /> Equipment/Furnishing <br /> utter <br /> Contingency , <br /> ota , <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Glenwood Elementary School Major Renovations <br /> Capital Project Ordinances. <br /> Section 6. This ordinance shall remain in effect until June 30, 2000. <br /> Adopted this seventeenth day of April 2000. <br />
