Online service requires a two (2) <br /> hour minimum charge. <br /> • Siemens Industry material receives a 50% plus an additional 20% discount off the <br /> published list price for all Technical Support Program customers (exclusions apply). For <br /> Fire TSP customers 20% discount from User Net applies. For Fire Nan-TSP customers, <br /> charges are User Net. <br /> • Rates are subject to change at anytime. <br /> • Regular hours are from Sam to 5pm Monday through Friday.
