As is customary, we are going to be asking that this packet of information be <br /> entered into the official record in its entirety and that any additional sworn testimony offered <br /> this evening also be entered into the record. Overall density for project is 1 dwelling unit for <br /> every 2 acres, <br /> • Roads developed to NC DOT public road standard with DOT assuming maintenance, <br /> • Lots 1-22 served by on-site septic systems.
