<br />The Board of Commissioners pledges to the residentsof Orange County its respect. <br />The Board asks its residentsto conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, <br />both with the Board and with fellow residents. At any time should any member of the <br />Board or any resident fail to observe this public charge, the Chair will ask the offending <br />member to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should <br />decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until such time that a <br />genuine commitment to this public charge is observed. The purpose of this amendment is to avoid requiring <br />project applicants to submit multiple, professionally prepared, plans for a single <br />development project. <br />–To review <br />government-initiated amendmentsto the text of the UDO to modifyor remove <br />regulations related to the Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (SAPFO). <br />The purpose of this amendment is to ensure regulations are consistent with recent <br />case law made by the N.C.
