unpublished and proprietary product design and/or developments; (ix) all market <br />statistics, studies and resulting marketing strategies, and demographic data; (x) any <br />trade secrets of the Company; (xi) any other information, whether existing now or at <br />some future time, which pertains to the affairs of the Company or with whom or how it <br />does business; and (xii) any other information which a Member knows or reasonably <br />should know is confidential or proprietary information of the Company. <br />f. Confidential Information does not include information which is disclosed pursuant to a <br />public records request in accordance G.S. § 132 -6, or which becomes generally <br />available to the public other than as a result of disclosure by a Member. <br />III. AGREEMENT <br />a. I have read and I understand the Confidentiality Policy and Agreement. I <br />acknowledge that I will have access to highly sensitive and restricted Confidential <br />Information and that the unauthorized disclosure of such Confidential Information may <br />cause damage to the Company, its personnel, and the people it serves.
