Below is adescription detailing the need for the repurposing of these budgeted <br />funds: <br />A.L. Stanback Track Renovation <br /> – the track, constructed in 1995, has failed and is <br />unsafe for use. Remediation efforts have not been successful and a complete <br />renovation of the track is recommended at a cost of approximately $75,000. <br />Orange High School Chiller <br /> – the chiller at Orange High School is approximately <br />25 years old. Maintenance costs continue to escalate on the unit. For example, at <br />this time, one of the four compressors has failed, which represents considerable <br />additionalexpense to repair.
