He thinks <br /> 5 that there is a policy related to this and it should be shared with this elected official because it <br /> 6 has come up before. He said that the County does not do this. <br /> 7 Commissioner Jacobs expressed appreciation to Commissioner Foushee, <br /> 8 Commissioner Hemminger, and Commissioner Yuhasz.
