3. Deliberate as necessary and decide accordingly. The Manager recommends 3.a. below <br />at this time. <br />a. If the Board decides to adopt the changes recommended by the Planning <br />Director, the Board should adopt Attachments 2 and 4 which authorize the <br />amendments to the Comprehensive Plan, Unified Development Ordinance, and <br />Zoning Atlas and provide the required Statement of Consistency with the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />(In addition, research potential solutions to the issues noted.) <br />b. If the Board decides to adopt the changes recommended by the Planning <br />Board, the Board should adopt Attachments 3 and 4 which authorize the <br />amendments to the Comprehensive Plan, Unified Development Ordinance, and <br />Zoning Atlas and provide the required Statement of Consistency with the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />c. If the Board decides not to adopt any changes, the Board should adopt <br />Attachments 5 and 6, which consist of an ordinance denying the amendments and <br />the Statement of Inconsistency with the Comprehensive Plan. <br />
