The <br />following items arescheduledfor the February 25, 2013Quarterly Public Hearing: <br />County Initiated: <br />1.Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Text Amendmentstomodify existing language to <br />avoid requiring project applicants to submit multiple, professionally prepared, <br />plans for a single development project <br />. <br />2. Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Text Amendment tomodify Section(s) 2.14.1 <br />Review and Decision Process Flow Chart – Minor Subdivisions, 2.15.5 Certificate of <br />Adequacy of Public School Facilities,6.19 Adequate Public Facilities: Schools, and <br />Section 7.14.3 (F) (3) (g) Final Plat Specifications. The purpose of the amendments is to <br />ensure County regulations and procedures are compliant with recent North Carolina case <br />law. <br />3.Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Text Amendmentto modify Section 1.6.5 <br />[Planning Board] Rules of Procedure <br />to reflect the general advisory board policy <br />document and the specific Planning Board policies and procedures recently adopted by <br />the Board of County Commissioners. <br />The legal advertisement in Attachment 1provides additional information regarding these items. <br />The BOCC approved the Amendment Outline Forms foreach item as follows: <br /> <br />
