<br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />ACTION AGENDA ITEM ABSTRACT <br />Meeting Date:February 5, 2013 <br />Action Agenda <br />Item No.5-i <br />SUBJECT: <br />Change in BOCC Regular Meeting Schedule for 2013 <br />DEPARTMENT:PUBLIC HEARING: (Y/N)No <br />County Commissioners <br />ATTACHMENT (S):INFORMATION CONTACT: <br /> Donna Baker, 245-2130 <br />Clerk to the Board <br />PURPOSE: <br />To consider onechangeinthe County Commissioners’ regular meeting calendar <br />for 2013. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County <br />Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in <br />the Regular Meeting Scheduleby: <br />FROM <br />Changing the March 12, 2013 BOCC Dinner Meeting at 5:30 pmLink <br />TO <br />Government Services Center Southern Human Services Center, 2501 Homestead <br />Road, Chapel Hill, prior to the 7:00pm work session. (The change in location for the <br />dinner meeting was inadvertently omitted from the calendar change approved at the <br />January 24, 2013 regular Board meeting.
