Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br /> 24 Chair Pelissier went through the items at the County Commissioners' places. <br /> 25 - Pink sheet - proposed changes to item 5-g, Burlington-Graham Metropolitan <br /> 26 Planning Organization Memorandum of Understanding Adding Orange County as a <br /> 27 Voting Member; and 5-h, Specific Policies for Board of County Commissioner <br /> 28 Advisory Boards <br /> 29 - White sheet — PowerPoint for item 7-a regarding the Northern Human Services <br /> 30 Center <br /> 31 - Yellow sheet — revised resolution for item 7-e, the Orange County Code of <br /> 32 Ordinances Regarding Personnel <br /> 33 <br /> 34 PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> 35 <br /> 36 The Board of Commissioners pledges to the residents of Orange County its respect. <br /> 37 The Board asks its residents to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous <br /> 38 manner, both with the Board and with fellow residents. At any time should any <br /> 39 member of the Board or any resident fail to observe this public charge, the Chair will <br /> 40 ask the offending person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal <br /> 41 control. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until <br /> 42 such time that a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed. All electronic <br /> 43 devices such as cell phones, pagers, and computers should please be turned off or <br /> 44 set to silent/vibrate. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 2. Public Comments <br /> 47 a.
